How much water did you use for the ginger tea?

    Good easy recipe!
    We make this regularly now
Was wondering if there is any method to stop the fermentation after 3 days, as the gas is too much for the bottle to handle..

Hello, Kiran. I would suggest that you perhaps ferment at lower temperatures OR add less whey OR transfer the beverage to the fridge where it will slow down the fermentation process.

      @@NaturalGreenCapeTown Okay
I'll do all of them to slow down the fermentation
I use brown sugar to make it more healthy
Thanks a lot for this recipe !
      It is really good
Please let know more Whey Soda recipes 😉

Try to burp the bottle by opening it once or twice a day. It helps

Hello, 🙂 I guess you can make it with honey too, but I am not sure what it will taste like when done? I'd use equal amounts when using honey.
