Coffee jelly mixture:
3 in 1 Kopiko Blanca twin pack or any 3 in 1 coffee P10
Gelatine powder (unflavored and clear) 1 & 1/2 Tbsp P12
Sugar 1/4 cup P4
Water 3 cups
Caramel jelly mixture:
Sugar 1/4 cup P4
Gelatine powder clear 1/2 Tbsp
Water 1 cup
Total Expenses: P30 pesos lang!
Total Yield sa 3 oz ice cream cups = 15 pcs
SRP = P10 x 15 pcs = P150 pesos na Benta
P150 benta - P30 puhunan = P120 KITA/day
