That’s something you can build on… moments of joy and happiness even when things are harder…. We know even these 7 absolute legends inside and out…. Face anxiety and depression just like we do… so find anything that you’re guaranteed to smile or laugh about or something that gives you positive energy… and always take time for yourself to have these happy moments sessions and you’ll start to see a difference. Sometimes when I’m overthinking and feel my anxiety spiking I will play a video game or puzzle… something so that I’m concentrating fully while my brain is actively making choices… like songs and videos can work sometimes too but it’s easier for me to not fall into overthinking watching something sometimes… video games, phone games or puzzles require more thought so it usually works for me… just got a rubies cube and that’s been good too. Anyway hope you can start the new year off in positive ways… take care of yourself

She always captures him so well:-) The funniest thing about the whole compilation is that while I watched a realization hit me that he must have had it in him all along, from the very start, no matter what people say about him in retrospect.... , it was maybe in waiting, maybe tucked away but it was there, in its full potential and power. He may have looked shy and insecure to the outside world back then ( 2013-2015)but the core of him was already set and all attributes that are so overwhelmingly impactful about him and today out in the full open were there, just watch a time stamp 17:07 - how a fetus smile-y JK energy-shifts into a something that is inappropriate to even mention given his tender age back then :-) As you said it is difficult to learn and even though you can surely gain confidence with time, to become THAT smooth and natural, I dare to say you must be born with it.
