SMOKED BRISKET CHILLI IS A GAME CHANGER!! Burger and stewing meat will never be in my chilli ever again. I made a huge brisket chilli with two leftover flats (used the two points for Philly Cheesesteaks .. Amazing) for lunch at work (12 people) and I was a rockstar! People said it was the best they've had and one co-worker even asked me to make a big batch for her family function! (I love sharing and smoking for people who can't or live in an apartment) BTW, I picked up a Chef's Temp through the link a few video's ago and we love it, thank you! GREAT VIDEO SARGE.
Looks delicious Andrew. I'm very near retirement and have been considering south Texas as a snowbird location to escape PA winters for a couple years. Your recent weather makes me do a reality check, may as well stay in PA. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Looks like TH-cam deleted my post because it had a link to brisket points at HEB. They sell an 8-pack for $8. Smoke them for 2 hours then transfer to Instant Pot. Pressure cook 10 minutes then natural release for an hour. Smoky and tender. Wish I could post the link, but I'd disappear. :-)

A perfect choice for the weather. Nice cook Andrew!

Ha! For it to lightly snow was super rare and I was back into a t-shirt later in the day lol
Looks amazing! 🔥🔥
Not as amazing as your gameplay! :)
That Sucklebusters Kit is great….it actually helped me win a chili comp!
I prefer the snow... - 21 wind-chill makes it a little tough to maintain a constant pit temp. 👀 🥩🥩🔥🔥
Gotta hug your smoker to keep it warm! lol
This is what I do with a brisket that doesn't turn out how I want it to. Only difference is i shred mine. Best back up plan 😅
Yesssss!
Looks amazing. We got 10in in New Orleans. Chili would have been nice but I made chicken gumbo.
Oh that sounds amazing too!
Whaat???? No beans???? Great looking chili Andrew !
Don't tell Jared! lol
@GrillSergeant lol
