For younger babies to ease chest congestion, put a small amount of Vicks on the bottom of each foot and cover with socks at night. To help ease stomach pain, put uncooked rice into a tube sock and heat.up in the microwave for a soothing hot pack. We love those hacks at our house. Keep up the great work!

I'm going to have to try that! I have heard of it before but always doubted it actually working.
I was told that vicks should never be used on children under 2yo because it can cause respiratory distress even if placed on the feet.
Baby verision of Vicks- in U.K. Called snufflebabes
Boil of hot water with very small amount of Vicks for kids/ snufflebabes in under the cot for little ones under 3 months/if you only have adult vicks

Whenever I'm sick with a sore throat, I always make the lemon-honey popsicle. It works well and soothes my throat. Of course, I gotta make a few so that my throat is soothed along with taking cough drops but this definitely makes my sore throats a bit more bareable 🙂😁
I'm watching this because a most of my family is sick with a sinus infection and I really care about them. My little brother hasn't gotten any better so this is for him. And even though I'm not a mom, i really want to make him feel better.

I've been using Vicks since forever. Being a mother of 3 is a hard task especially when you don't have parents. The ideas were superb. The honey, lemon and water idea was so good. I can't believe that I can make it myslef.
Whenever my mother took me to the hospital when i had sore throat, she made sure i didn't drink anything cold so she made me warm drinks because it helped my sore throat :)
I would always say “I’m 13 why am I watching these??” well look at me now! My cat threw up on my carpet and I remembered the baking soda trick from when this video first came out and it works great! Thank you!!!

When I am sick I grab
1. A 5 gallon bucket
2. My phone and tablet
3. My chargers
4. A bunch of large water bottles
5. All my stuffies
Then I
1. Go to my bed with the items
2. Set bucket next to my bed
3. Drink some water in small sips
4. Surround myself in my stuffies
5. Play on tablet/watch videos and/or movies and shows
6. Try and nap
7. Cry
8. Have my dog snuggle me
9. Most likely vomit
10. Go or try to sleep for the night
11. Repeat things 3-11 I do when I am sick until I’m better
perfect timing once again. I have a sick toddler on my hands today.

When I had an Ear infection my Mum would Cut up an onion in a sock and heat it up and put it on my Ear. Helped instantly ;)
I've heard garlic oil also works (but I've yet to try it!)

You probally won’t see this but I’m 16 now. This video was what I grew up on. I’m asthmatic and the towel one works but I sometimes sleep with a pillow under my back if I’m too unwell to move but I just felt like letting you know how much it’s helped me and the tissue box is so helpful gives me more time in bed, less time getting up and down trying to chuck them in the bin 💗💗
What I recommend for puke or throw up is getting a bucket or a bowl and lining it with either a plastic bag just to make the clean up easier you don't have to use a bag or anything but that's what always worked whenever I got sick
I’m a teenager but watch these videos. I usually watch them because I’m the ‘babysitter’ of the family, because I’m the most mature cousin and because I love kids so much. Thank you for all the hacks that have saved my life in these moments!!

I have 2 out of 3 kids sick in my house right now one has strep and is quarantined to her room the youngest woke up at 3 am crying and all congested and stuffy, dr said head cold from change in weather, the Vicks helps a lot.. That's my go to when they get the sniffles

For vomit, I would also suggest a small trash can and just line it with multiple plastic bags; that way, all the mess goes in there and it's easy to toss. It works like a charm, and has worked for me since I was Presley's age--13 years ago!
