I went back to the basics years ago. Grease and pink oil moisturizer worked like a charm as a child then I became an adult and got caught up in all the hype 🤦🏾♀️. Now I know better so I do better.
But aren't the ingredients and perfumes bad for the hormones and brain??

I use emulsified JBCO as my grease!! It was just that on freshly washed for a while!!! I stopped with the leave ins and stylers for a bit also!!

Instead of wood beads sometimes try the silent but beautiful gold clasps. They would look great with your colouring. Not a lot but a few on the braids in the front.

The lil 3-fold mirror doesn't work for me. I'm like you, lots of thick, multi-texture hair. Gotta sit to get it all together. And yes yes yes, bigger sections help me moisturize and let my hair rest for the week.
