Love the video. I am looking at an All American can sealer. Either the 1502 or the 7502. Are they the same machine except that the 7502 adds an extra size can mandrel?
hi...common problem....lower the bottom pressure pount...use the edge of your hand like a karate chop...hit the bottom of the can with an inward motion or a side motion...it should release...the machine is new and probably tight....hope this helps...
hi...I dont think they make them anymore....I had a machinist make me one....if I can find one..I will let you know...try a belt shop that is where I got the original from...
@@gorillamotors I will have to dig it out and get you some measurements...also what speed motor are you using??, that will give you the size of pulley to make. use a pulley/ rpm calculator to figure that out....use the motor shaft for the i.d., l hope this helps....
@@technician775 I actually have the same Dayton motor as you have so I will be using the low speed as well. I have a geared motor that turns at 3 rpms but that would take 2 days for each can.
Hello! Thanks for posting this video! I have been looking for this information before purchasing my seamer. I like the idea of having the machine manually or using electricity. I'm curious about the flywheel and how the belt fits. I am looking at buying the senior can sealer #1502 but looking at the pictures of it, it does NOT look like the wheel has a groove for the belt to fit into. Looking at your machine, it seems as though it does have a groove or indentation to keep the Belt in place. Is this just an optical illusion or is there actually a groove on the wheel for the belt to in?

Hi, it does not, a flat belt will run if aligned....
