Wow! Some really cool ships coming out! We're sailing on Star Princess for the repositioning cruise in April 2026 for 20 days! Ft Lauderdale to Seattle. Can't wait!
Also in 2025 is the Japanese cruise ship "Asuka III" of Asuka Cruises (NYK Lines). The new Four Seasons Yachts the "Four Seasons I". And the new Ritz Carlton "Luminara".
Hey hello Chris Any of these new ships or possibly other Cruise Ships headed to Malaysia @ MICT Gateway Melaka area.?? Hopefully sailing more than 3nt and 4nt sailings..
We have been Cruising since 1973 and just had Our 101Cruise .. Since the Restart We have Cruise on Two of the 5,000 Plus and They are just too Big. We still rather the 3,500 To 4,000 Cruiser Ships with a POOL , BAR ,BUFFET.. NO Amusement Parks on the LEDO...
World America is listed as expected to be 205,700gt by the shipbuilder and the cruise line in various official materials - which is the source of the comparison in size commentary - against World Europa’s actual 215,863gt.
@ChrisFrameOfficial es gibt unterschiedliche Angaben die world Europa wurde auch mit 205.000 angegeben aber es sind beide Schiffe gleich groß das weiß ich zu 100%
Disney still has the only good looking ships. Even the Adventurer is surprisingly beautiful. I will sail on none of these potential floating death traps except Disney.
Death Traps? Including the sinking of the Andrea Doria in 1956 and the Costa Concordia, there have been fewer than 110 deaths by sinking, fire, or disaster on passenger ships in the last 68 years. with 20 million cruising per year as of late, that number is tiny...spread out over 68 years, 110 deaths is nothing. from 2020-2023 1463 people died in plane accidents in that 4 years. So tell me how cruise ships are death traps
What's the most exciting new cruise ship for 2025?
Really interesting - thanks
Lots of activity in this space
Thanks John!
Thanks John for your ongoing support!
Le plus chic ? C’est sans hésiter le QM2
Thanks for the Entertainment
Celebrity Xcel❤
No one is building small ships, they're all giants
Such a shame - these big ships are packed with people
Haha love the advice to Virgin Voyages.

Theme parks at sea, not for me personally. Great technology tho.

Does anyone still build mid-sized cruise ships? They seem to be all mega ships or small, luxury ones.

The metacentric height and broadside profile of these ships is terrifying to someone who as studied too many maritime disasters... lol
