You don’t have to cut them back before covering? I’m in the NW and it’s Oct. strawberries are still green.
I just ordered EZ straw to mulch for winter. Is that not a good straw to mulch with? I was going to put down a row cover first, then put the straw on top and maybe cover with row cover again. Would that work?
Where do you get that mulcher for the straw? That would be perfect for our farm.
