I kept hearing "Vampire Umpire" and now I want a game based around baseball teams made up of monsters and stuff, most so I can have a game pitting the Philadelphia Frankensteins against the Vancouver Vampires!

Lost Cities was a snoozefest the first few times I played it too. It just felt like you got a bunch of random cards that you placed down. it probably wasn't until we had played it 10-ish times that it actually started to get fun, and we got more tactical about it.

I had wondered about this game. I like Stronghold in general, but this game seemed a bit light...I understand there are nuances to playing that make it richer, and I am still interested, slightly, but this game will simply have to wait. Thank you for this review, and for Melodys initial response. It does not help that the cards seem a bit...bland or unexciting. This game looks to be merely ok. Rather surprising since I love Strongholds Revolver series.
