Mirgad Fort | मिरगड | Pride of पेण Pen city

Mirgad is the small fort in Pen Taluka base village is Pachgani. Another route is from Kondhavi village which takes 2 hrs to reach the top of the fort. Zapdi village, 3 kms ahead of Kondhavi has an easy route to the Mirgad via Songirwadi and takes less than 1.5 hrs to the top. The fort has two water cisterns but none of them holds water even in the rainy season. Remains of fortification and settlements can be seen. Foundation of entrance door is also there at the east side.
