This boy still breaks my heart. He makes a lot of money, and he really believes he has the ability to reconcile his public awareness of his queerness with some core of the cruel religion that harmed him so much. He is sweet; he does not want to hate his heritage, but ... I love him; I hope he can get where he needs to go. I hope he finds true love and that everything becomes clear.
Don't be afraid to love someone who will love and support you for your music, and for yourself. A person who wouldn't judge you for coming out. I don't know why people still have a problem with you coming out. I guess when you came out in 2014 to your family; you kept saying that your waiting for the right girl for the past seven from 2014-to-2021 before you came out publicly - and you kept lying to your fans instead of coming out publicly to the world in 2014 but instead you kept it a big secret for seven years. You said in your first vlog after coming in 2nd place on American Idol in 2008; you said that you don't lie - you've been lying to your fans from 2014 to 2021 about you being straight but for the past seven years (2014-2021) you've been keeping it a secret about you being attracted to men. Whether you're gay, straight, and/or bi ARCHIE I will always love & support you no matter what and/or whom you choose to be.
