The thing is , they cannot disprove Nana Dwamena Akenten that he’s not a royal . Secondly , KK Sarpong wasn’t sworn in as the chief of Ofinso. He went through the process but couldn’t get nominated. Although he was the queen’s favorite. The current Chief Dwamena Akenten didn’t have a hand in his disapproval. So what are they going to argue in court and regional house of chiefs about? The queen mother in leading them into trouble . Historically the land belonged to Otumfuo’s wife and he gave to them . Which means Otumfuo’s has rights to decide who he wants to caretake his property in Offinso .
