I've watched a good bit of the original Nickelodeon Ren & Stimpy, and the Spike TV Adult Party Ren & Stimpy, and I know which one I prefer. I also have a small handful of orange Nickelodeon VHS with Ren & Stimpy on them.
I only saw the Ren Seeks Help episode and it was just an animated short horror movie to me. It left me sick and unsettled. The other episodes just seem gross. I don't blame Zerex for not watching more or even going back.
I dare you to watch these dirt clods: Re-Animated/Out of Jimmy's Head (both of them), Angelica & Susie's Pre-school Daze, Doug (Disney's version, 1996-1999 and maybe his 1st movie), Phantom Investigators, Mega Babies, Braceface, Wayside, The Buzz on Maggie, My Gym Partner's a Monkey, Lamput, Bunnicula and The Mighty B! They could be contenders for the worst things you seen in TV Animation history.
This show is actually disgusting, I understand why you didn't show footage. I am disgusted by this show, I wanted to block it out of my memory. The reason this show is so bad is because I can list 10 full understandable reasons why it is Horrible 1. Ren Seeks help is easily the worst episode of all time 2. Ren is a psychopathic demon who can't even be helped 3. The imagery in this show is disgustingly horrifying 4. Ren Seek help's title card music literally sounds like horror music 5. It has so many bad episodes that it is a freaking challenge to watch it 6. It uses Dark humor and Offensive jokes so wrong it looks like a poorly made horror movie of Ren and Stimpy 7. The jokes never land 8. Ren seeks help title card art looks insane because Ren looks like he is going insane (Which he is) and Stimpy looks like he is scared for his life and crying 9. The show can make you physically sick and makes you puke the first time you watchd it, I nearly puked seeing it. 10. It destroys an actual good original nickelodeon that made a lot of kids childhoods, in fact if you showed a old Ren and Stimpy fan this show, they will be disgusted easily. Also How does this show have a 5.4⭐️ on IMDB? It deserves a 1.2⭐️ Ren and Stimpy: Adult Party Cartoon is easily the worst cartoon of all time, NO CONTEST, it is worse than all of the shows you have reviewed in this series CONBINED ZEREX! I agree with you that APC has a lot of flaws but by having near half of your complaints be “Ren Seeks Help bad” feels like bandwagoning tbh, let alone complaining about title cards of all things. Ren Seeks Help is NOT the worst episode of this show, full stop, because at least it has a coherent story, the animation and sound design suit the feel of the episode, it’s not overly gross on purpose like Onward & Upward and Stimpy’s Preggers, nor overly sexual like NBF and Altruists. The only real flaws is that the animal abuse was overdone and pacing is a little off at times, and even then the latter is worse in Fire Dogs 2.

The problem is that John K was given too much freedom, what made the original Ren and Stimpy great is that Nickelodeon gave John restrictions.
This is why I prefer the original series. APC can just go burn.

My favorite episode on the adult party one is the one with ralph bakshi it’s hilarious… minus the toilet scene that was just awful
