- Oh boy, this was a pretty tough one. He does lots of damage without resistance on Hard Mode, and the Sonic Boom can be a killer. Instant Health 2 potions was a requirement, jeez.
This is on HARD Difficulty, so the Warden is doing the max possible damage he can.
Inventory:
Full Protection 4, Unbreaking 3, Mending Netherite Armor
Sharpness 5 Netherite Sword
Unbreaking 3 Shield
1x Golden Apple
1x Strength 2 Potion
1x Regeneration 2 Potion
17x Instant Health 2 Potions (only 13 were used in the fight)

@@VIC_TOR_ All of the stuff in these fights are spawned in. The reason why enchanted golden apples isn’t used is to keep it a challenge. Also the same reason why bows aren’t used, it’s all close range attacks

its crazy how nobody ever thuaght of throwing weakness 2 potions at the warden
I tried and it seems you cannot make weakness 2 pots anymore. I tried using glowstone on weakness potions, tried fermented spider eye on strenght II potions, and none of these would work. Still used a 4min strenght 1 potion, but the problem is the debuff is absolute. It removes a certain amount of points (4) instead of reducing the damage by a certain percentage.
Warden's meelee attack does 45 in hard difficulty, so it scaling down to 41 doesn't change as much as we could have hoped for

Coming back here pretty late, but I didn recently try slowness 4 potions (which are actually obtainable in survival) and it did a wonderful job at avoiding the meelee attack
