Hello, giant condyloma is not synonymous with giant condylomata acuminatta of Buschke and Lowenstein. Giant condylomata acuminata of Buschke and Lowenstein is synonymous with Verrucous carcinoma correct?

It is very complicated and confusing because old literature uses these names overlapping. Basically giant condyloma is a very large condyloma genital wart that is HPV+. Verrucous carcinoma is warty appearance but is HPV negative so unrelated (despite confusing literature in past and sometimes even in present stating they are synonymous). Check out Dr. May Chan’s awesome paper on anogenital squamous lesions in @ArchivesPath (free pdf): meridian.allenpress.com/aplm/article/143/7/821/10085/Verruciform-and-Condyloma-like-Squamous

because it is HPV-positive, it can not be carcinoma cuniculatum, right?

I am not 100% sure as I never use that term personally. I think of carcinoma cunniculatum as synonymous with verrucous carcinoma (which is HPV negative). But these terms and how the are or aren’t related have been topic of controversy and debate for a long time. The paper by May Chan is very helpful for anogenital squamous lesions and terminology (link in video description)
