It certainty was!!! The best one I have been to. I have been going to this Car Show for the past 14 years and it has exploded over the years; this was the biggest it has ever been with 550 cars and 20,000 attendees. I would image next years event will be even bigger! If you are in the Lower Mainland, have you checked out the Poco Car show ItzRaihan?
A cool comment from Facebook; Nice job Matt, you even got my 76 Bricklin! As far as rare goes..They made 2842 in 74/75 The New Brunswick plant closed in 75.There were 12 remaining cars/parts which were shipped to Ohio and assembled as the only 76's.
Hi Matt! Great show!!! Loved everything you recorded but have a special fondness for the Stones Fire Department hot rod!! Also, I laughed when I noticed your Moose-tang shirt 😂. Great music too! Watched the video five times. 👍👍🙏🏻
Thanks Joe! My daughter picked up the Moose-tang shirt from Quebec when she went with her school last year, very cool shirt none the least. There is a story about the Stones Hod Rod. I have a rough memory of it but I believe it came from Texas. Stones Speed shop only replaced "Stones" on the title but kept it stock other than the engine modifications. The video does not justify how loud that hot rod got in person. Lastly, I am thrilled you liked the video, that means a lot to me ;). I'm off to the Hope BC Car Show now; a video will likely follow that one too! Thanks again Joe and have a Happy 4th of July if I don't talk to you before!
Awesome video, Matt! Great music with some great edits. I saw Stacey but i didn't see you, you were probably walking around! I can't pick a favourite as there were so many spectacular cars there! Lots of wicked truck builds as well.
Thank you Dee! Yeah it was a fun to film and edit. When editing and selecting my music I got a few eureka moments when I came across the songs; they just fit so well with the vibe of the event! There is a ton of car shows left in the summer so I sure we will connect soon!
What was your favourite Ride? Do you have a story to tell? Post it in the comments below as I would love to hear all about it!
Great Show!!
