Within the physical plane, a human being's eye color is determined by the genes inherited from their parents. The types of alleles received from the parents are assigned to certain chromosomes. The dominant genes are expressed and the recessive genes are hidden. In the development of the iris those genes tell enzymes to produce and place a certain amount of melanin in the iris to form the eye color.

Well I already have blue eyes but I have listen to this in 1 month and 3 hours every day and have ocean sea blue color now (like a fade from dark blue to light blue) and I have tips to give you guys!

1. Try to listen as much as possible because if you only listen 2 times a day it will take a very long time

When you have listen for a while, please you have to wait to look in the mirror, this video makes your subconscious mind to think that you have a lighter color then you have so if you look in the mirror, your mind it’s going to see the color you have right now and think that’s your color so it’s going to stop transform the color, so wait at least 3-5 hour before you look in the mirror

Edit: People are saying that this is fake, and I can tell you from experience that it is not fake. I watched for about a month or two before I stopped, and my eyes became a light shade of brown (I was aiming for hazel green, but I liked my results). I went to Mexico twice for 4 sessions for a laser eye color change procedure and turned my medium brown eye to a light honey green color. It cost me in total $2k per trip. Okay kids. Let's get real here, I am inconsistent so I won't be able to give you progress updates but I can give you tips and some information. I've done a lot of research and I believe understanding the science might help you believe in it.
Subliminals are suggestions. They are phrases or words repeated, kind of like code. They are aimed at your subconscious brain, which is the more powerful/influential part more prominent when you are at rest, hence there are also Theta brain waves (the vibrations) which stimulate your brain to reciprocate and lower the frequency that your brain is operating at for as long as you listen. This is not harmful or permanent, it just means you're going to relax more and more until you reach a state somewhat like meditation (if you're not doing anything else). When you are not at rest, your conscious brain is more dominant and your brain frequencies are higher. The conscious brain is meant to protect the impressionable subconscious and so it acts like a block, that is why the suggestions are soft and music is layered over it. If you were to hear them, your conscious brain would reject it. Think of it as if someone says something that you know not to be true like "The sky is green," or "Dogs can cook" (in the case of subliminals, it is rejected because it is contrary to your current belief or reality).
The suggestions within the subliminal are further affirmed the more you listen to it and your results are better promoted. Think of it like shoving a parcel up a pipe, every time you listen it counts as a shove and the further it gets to the end of the pipe (the closer it gets you to results).
It is recommended that you drink a lot of water as that will help in flushing your body of toxins which act as blockages.
The optimum amount of times to listen is 6 times, maximum. It is ineffective thereafter. You may wish to listen to a Booster or Blockage remover as well (this doesn't mean you shouldn't drink water).
Try to avoid looking in the mirror immediately after or too frequently. Your brain needs to be "tricked" for it to change your DNA. Your brain will adjust to any belief you hold, and so you must believe first. Looking into the mirror before the subliminal has had adequate time to resonate and settle would stop or hinder any effect.
As mentioned, this does alter your DNA ie your genetics. That also means that it becomes hereditary, it enters the gene pool as it replaces the previous gene code that dictates eye colour. This is not harmful.
Earphones are optional.
Try not to listen to too many different subliminals at once. You will overwhelm the brain.

So I’ve been doing this since the beginning of January. At first I thought people are posting these videos because they want us to come back and get more views lol. I changed my diet completely, I eat mostly greens, chicken, and turkey. I stopped drinking alcohol and quit smoking cigs, as well as cutting sugar!!! I was very skeptical about this. Started working out again at the gym 6 x a week and honestly forgot about the eye color change. I went to my cousins house, whom I haven’t seen in over a year and she asked me are you using colored contacts? I said no, just my regular clear contacts why? Then i realized its working my eyes went from a very dark ethnic brown to probably two shades lighter and I now have a dark ring around it. I’m not sure if it’s this or the fact that I’m eating really clean and all the toxins are leaving my body. Like I said I’m eating really clean and only drink water! Lots of it for that matter!!!! And veggies like there’s no tomorrow, not only did my skin improve and the dark circles I had around my eyes are gone, but I also lost so much weight, my eyes have some definition to them, it’s no longer just dark brown I can see depth and details and it’s so clear and even shines if that’s the correct word.
