Hi when you make your container of loose powder upside down , open your loose powder lid that way only, you can get as much as powder you want in lid and from lid itself with your applicator you can apply your loose powder.

Great video! But I'd like to point out one more thing: A loose powder, or a setting powder can be used by itself mainly for people with oily skin as it gives a matte finish and absorbs the excess oil, and a loose powder can also be used with a beauty blender with the flat side (if any) on a beauty blender.
