I think a woman was the one that pointed the inconsistency but I’m glad I’m not alone. It’s usually totally subconscious! But I feel bad taking to older people with a tone in my voice… and I change it up again when I’m mad because I don’t want to sound sweet when I’m trying to get a point across! Lmao

For anyone who hasn't already you MUST read her book it's absolutely insane. She's had such a troubled life and the odds were always stacked against her, it's a miracle that she's still here today to tell her story.

she´s making this lie detector test her own interview kinda thing. and she is amazing. very authentic. she experienced many stuff in her life and knows what it´s all about. so i really enjoy her and wish i could have a nice talk with her in the evening with a glass of wine.

She honed in on an important aspect of personality: it’s not who we are. Yes, it’s genuine, but it’s a combination of survivable mechanisms we’ve learned or had to use or exert to succeed in life. So when she called herself out on her voice, she knows her outward self isn’t who she is. Kudos.

I’ve been following Julia for a while now on IG and everywhere I come across her videos she’s just so down to earth. Breath of fresh air because she’s just such a genuine person. This was fun to watch and I’m sure for her it will be too. Sad that she’s depressed though but I’m rooting for her and know one day that will change!
