Would it be possible for you guys to do a video on the correct gain staging of the various parts of the system - transmitter and receiver both RF and AF and the differences in the two. Also the terminology that is used by Sennheiser and what it means in the real world e.g. your AF metering in WSM in this videos shows a scale that goes up to 0db, which may imply that its a dbFS measurement. When mixing with live digital consoles, it is recommended to set the gain around -20ish on the live console for "good" gain structure. Does this translate to the receivers in the same way?
Hello, I use in the rack 1x G3 500 wireless mic (566-608) + 4 EW300 G3 IEM (516-558) powered by AC41 combiner with external antenna. All devices are connected to WSM via switch (I can see them all in sw) . How can I find and set all free frequencies by WSM if I have different fq for IEM and different for Mic? Do you have any video tutorial on YT ? Thx
I have the exact setup as this video plus a 4-way G4 IEM rack at the same time. I do the frequency scan and select the recommended frequencies but I'm getting some intermittent, short bursts of RF interference during the shows in a certain venue. How can I solve this?
Which receiver should I choose for scanning, if half of my receivers are in range A and another part in range B? Also in my system there are several ASA 1 splitters and all of them are switched through one ASA 3000 and pair of A 2003-UHF.
Hi Ivan! Our support team would be happy to help here. Please get in touch with them via en-us.sennheiser.com/service-support-contact-center and someone will be in touch shortly. We hope to hear from you!
That rack-mount Case is just what I need for my current G4 system! Anyone know where I can find it? My current one doesn't look as nice/have the ability to stack like that!
Hello great video question is it possible to use multiple bodypacks just using one receiver?
No. But you can if using IEMs.

I love the taking care of OCD thing! hahaha. Brilliant software. Hopefully to own a set one day.
Is there a manual online where one can learn more about the operation of this system, especially regarding troubleshooting?

No working with window.
IP-Adresses. I think DHCP would be a better name than "automatic".
