I still didn't understand what panic attacks were, the mechanical and natural causes of it etc. And this song was an incredible comfort to me. It was what got me to then search iTunes for your music and to devour that album. I've thanked you previously in one of your YT vids, but I can't thank you enough times for what Stained Glass Windows did for me. I could tell from the lyrics that you had walked the road I was on, and it gave me confidence that with Gods help, I could see it through.

@@majeedmohamed9523 … our son suffered his entire life with mental illness, bipolar disorder. He was so very creative, funny and everybody’s friend, but his depression was server at times. To lift his mental pain he got into drugs of all kinds. We suffered greatly for decades. As his mama I dedicated my life to help him, even to the point of a nervous breakdown myself. I was his savior, his protector, or so I thought! Even as a Christian, I tried to take Gods role. In 2012, he became so I’ll he spent 3 months in ICU. I never left his side, never went home( 100 miles away) Slept in a window seat the entire time. When they said he was dying, called family in, I went into a bathroom and cried out to God to not take him from me. But something happened there in that space. In my spirit I saw Abraham laying his Issac on the altar… and I knew I had to surrender my “ Issac”… after 38 years of holding him in clenched hands, I surrendered. I told God I could no longer carry this, I surrendered to what ever His will was.. even if He took my only son. I only asked that He would keep me and his family in His care and not allow this to separate us from Him. In faith I walked out of that bathroom and asked to be driven home. It was my physical act of surrender to God. His will not mine be done! Family was confused why I would leave now, as my son was given only a week or less to live. I can’t explain the peace I felt, except God had touched this mothers heart. After three days I went back to the hospital to find my son alive and walking! We had him another 4 years and when he passed due to his illness, I was at peace. I can’t explain it.. except that when I surrendered my son to Gods will, God gave me His peace that has never left me. Yes, I grieved, yes I miss my boy, but I have such assurance he is well and I will see him again. I hope this helps. God is good, He is sovereign over all things, He can be trusted to carry us through the valley of the shadow of death.. even of a child.

My granddaughter is 11 yrs old. She has been facing some strong turmoil in her life. She lives with me and she’s such a good girl. I tell her all the time the words in this song. I would like to sing it for her at church this coming Sunday and I can’t find the accompaniment track anywhere to purchase.
