I’m not trying to bash other youtubers but you can tell this video was well thought out, explained, and edited compared to other build videos you find. You deserve for subscribers.
The fact that you found a way to make Tactician viable in PvP is commendable. I love TaACT in PvE, its about as OP as there is. But, my experiences using it in PvP have been disappointing obviously. Moving away from electonics and specing into some firearms and stamina is fantastic. Clearly the sticky/cluster build of TACT aint gonna cut it. This build is fantastic.
what’s your opinion on running this as a set during farming extractions where the game is today? was thinking of making a set of something to switch to when my farming team or I NEED to get something out, first thought was banshee but then thought maybe tactician sticky bomb. but I like this, don’t know it’s viability w/ sticky bomb (or even sticky bomb’s true effectiveness for this). am going to run this with farming team when I get more experienced either way.
This is literally the most practical way to build Tactician and it still gets wrecked. There's just simply not enough toughness. I wish the 5/6 piece bonus gave you a flat 150K to 200K Skill Power so you would have more freedom to build Stamina.
Facts! It's almost to the point where anything that doesn't have a healing factor feels squishy in this patch. Even a 9k Pred feels squishy. It's not often I face trade with this Tact build but its definitely a great help to my teammates. Getting too bold with this build will definitely get you killed tho. This is definitely not the powerhouse that was the Tact Hybrid of 1.6 and 1.7. Thanks for the feedback.
ThreeFiveSe7en Right I haven't played much with my Pred because I noticed that as well. This is definitely a good team buff build. I could see it being ran in the DZ with Final Measure, Reclaimer and D3 so that everyone has relevent DPS.
Question. I like running recon pulse with my preference. I also run deadly and vicious on my house, and every piece of my house's attachs. Have high crit chance and dmg. Based on what you're saying, and with the maxout of crit chance, is it then overkill to run my stam mods that have the perk of +1% crit Chance since I use my pulse? Would it be smarter to run Stam mods with skill power or something to restore my pulse and imun box?
Once you hit the 60% CHC cap with either your pulse, you build or a combination of both, any more CHC is wasted. Put those valuable stats into something else like more CHD, skill haste or health. Also remember that Vicious is based on your health. So you lose 10% CHC when face tanking.
Also I see the crit chance at 33.5 but where do you get 59.1 just because your cooldown is faster. The crit chance would remain the same regardless of cooldown speed.
The build has 33.5% CHC. The pulse gives me 25.6% CHC. That puts me at 59.1% CHC. The cooldown has nothing to do with the CHC or CHD. The cooldown shows how often I can actually pulse.
ThreeFiveSe7en Why not Vigerous...if everyone is running a booster and your running defib which overheals you and provides the most healing for the team...that would back sense. You should have someone else on the team run Reclamier with defib as well and you can get the overheal from that with vig and the beneifits of the box.
Tried that. First aid skills are shit in this patch. You get a stronger heal and a faster cooldown from a support station than you do from booster even with 6k ELEC. But you do understand this is a Tact pulse build. How does Reclaimer and Defrib play into any of this? I am not the healer nor do I want to be the healer.
You only need two 3% skill haste mods to reach the 50% skill haste cap with a 5 pc Tact if it has skill haste on the chest, gloves and holster. The remaining mods are your choice. I choose health mods so that I can face trade and soak up some damage.
Sorry guys. I meant 5 Electronics mods not 4. The images will show the corrections.
ThreeFiveSe7en If you can remeber, which vanity cache did you find that jacket in? I've tried all of them with no luck 😕
Peaceful Warrior mark 2 I believe

Can't find where you are getting your crit chance. The House is 23%. No chance on gear just damage. Working on this build right now.
The remaining CHC on the build itself comes from the mods on the weapon.

Got a 5 pc tac coz I’m missing mask .. so I just run tenacious and sometimes refreshed... shits hit hard with pulse and med kit .
like the build. Can you add some images to so we download for future reference
I am away from the PC right now but I will add them later. Thanks for the feedback.
Been following you bro. Very nice update, but isn't it 5xElectronics mod? Keep it coming bro!
Good catch. I saw that after I posted the video. My mistake. I meant 5.

So am I running. 5 prototype electronic 3% skill haste mods ?????

ThreeFiveSe7en Thank you for responding got it
I agreed 👍
What are running for performance mods?
2% Pulse critical hit damage.
Best Division related channel. Everything else... is trash
Thank you so much.
