I think the reverse, I find Cheshire and Liverpool to be stylish, individual, classy, more dressy than the South, I always feel overdressed here or ridiculed for my retro 50s sort of look, leopard print, vintage blouses, Russian faux fur hats etc. Yes there are chavs, scallies and casuals but there are also some great dressers. London is too much designer, too casual street for my taste.
