Do you have any advice/luck you can give this 5 year vet on how to acquire Legends? It's been over 5 years and i have never pulled or combo'ed a single LEGEND.

I throw everything I can at pulling legends. Combos every month, buy every free vintage pack I can. Past that it's luck of the draw.
