These are leather soled -the paint on the sole wears off immediately. A lot of good shoes are leather soled. It just means they look bad quickly because it shows fast. You need to take them to a shoe repairer and get a black rubber sole put on it. Probably $20 to $30 dollars. It's really important not to buy these slides as an exact fit - the lip around the back should never have your foot resting on it- it was probably fine standing still but soon as you walk your foot slides back and forward. I think of you'd bought a size bigger and had rubber soles- you would have loved these shoes!

A few months back I was gifted a pair and it was an exact fit! Just as you described. I just wanted to let you know that I sized up and the they were extremely comfortable. Also, I bought a liner for the bottom of them.
@@SimoneNicoleTV I live in the UK so not sure over there but it’s not too expensive. For expensive shoes it’s with the investment. I usually just take my leather soled shoes to a shoe shop and they add the sole on. It really saves your shoes or else you need to go back into LV and get aftercare done.

I just purchased a pair I love them. They recently reconstructed the bottoms due to these complaints. They now have traction on the bottom and arm very comfortable now. I’m a true 8 and I bought an 8.5 in store and they fit perfect . All of the complaints stated in this video have been resolved .

Funny you say that, but my soles are thick rubber even with the LV symbols! Could it be because i have the Bom dia with 2 straps, but only with the metal buckles on the front ones??

You had me cracking up with the whole if you have weak ankles lol I have a question though! I just bought these last week and I had to place an order since they did not have my size and so when I got them I was so excited! Now, the excitement shortly ended when I started walking in my home and they started making fart noises! Did yours make farting noises?? If so, did it end shortly??
I completely forgot to mention that! LOL they definitely do...I thought it would go away after I wear them a bit but they still do! They don’t make the noises when I wear socks so I’m assuming it’s just the skin on the leather is what’s causing the “fart” noises lol ...I’m going to do a month review and definitely talk about it and I’ll try to find a solution in the meantime, thanks for watching!

I've been reading online and they said putting baby powder helps but I'm afraid of putting it and then I can't return them 😫 thank you for replying so quickly!!

Go to the cobbler and add a half sole on them. I did and saved my soles. I got the idea from another video that told me

@@SimoneNicoleTV I didn’t have any noises, but over time, the more you wear them, they will adjust to your feet. Even the footbed will soften up.

You can buy rubber sole protectors on Amazon. That’s what I did for mine and I don’t slide at all. And they are pretty comfortable for me too.
