Dear Pastor JD. We watch you from NZ, and really enjoy your teaching. Last night we caught up with the Eph teaching about predestination....and we want to thank you for it. It has always been a difficult concept to get one's head around, but we listened to you, we went into the word, we talked about it, meditated on it for hours....and now we have GOT IT. And it is like a precious pearl that we have found. Thank you so much for your ministry.

Dear Pastor JD, my sister was taken to the hospital this morning with renal failure. She and I both have autoimmune diseases, but she also has diabetes which is causing this. She is not very lucid at this point. We rejoice in that should God take her home she will be in Jesus arms. Thank you all so very much!!! EVEN SO COME LORD JESUS!!

this message brought such clarity to me..My father n law passed away nov . 7,2007 and i was really wishing i could talk to him he was a great man of God and my mentor this was in June 2008..I went upstairs and began to cry out to the Lord, and I had a vision Pop which is my father law i saw the back of him he was knelt down on his knees and i could see him taking a crown off his head and he would lay it at the feet of Jesus then he would hold his arms back up and worship Jesus I seen him do this 3 times, and it stunned me and I said father you mean hes been dead 7 months and he still on his knees worshiping Jesus..The Lord said my time is not your time...J D Farag everything you said about what we would be doing is word for word what i seen...God allowed me to listen to this teaching today to remind me Its gonna be worth everything i go through on a daily basis...Im so ready to meet my Jesus..God Bless You and thank you for all you do for the kingdom of God...Cant wait to meet you in Heaven...Barbara

Pastor Farag. I want to let you know how much my family and I are gleaning from your sermons and the prophecy updates. We gathering together each Sunday night for dinner and then listen to the updates. My husband and I feel it's so important to be sharing this information that I regretably is not shared in any churches in our area. I thank God for you and this opportunity we have to listen and learn so much. I'm amazed how my grown children enjoy listening and discussing your sermons. We all go to different churches but this has brought us together and we're all on the same page! God is awesome!!!! You, your family and this ministry are all covered in prayer!

Thank you Pastor J.D. Farag my friend Virgle S. on the Big Island of Hawaii where my family and I lived from April 2009 to September 2010 told us about you and your ministry. It was the first time my mother and myself ever heard about Calvinism . We did not know that meant. Thank you today for explaining it in detail. My neighbor back then on the Big Island Virgle, Betty, Bill and Jeff and his family were talking about this one day. Thank you J.D. FARAG FOR EXPLAINING CALVINISM.

Awesome teaching on Calvinism- I love to think of the verse that says God is NOT Willing that ANY should perish, but that all should come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ! We need to always be conscious of the Fact that God resides outside of our time restraints ~ He sees the beginning from the end, including our acceptance or rejection of His Son! Maranatha, and the Lord bless you and your family ~ we thankfully consider CC Kaneohe our church❣️

Awesome teaching Pastor JD!! So tell me if I'm understanding this correctly. Predestination is like starting school with an "A" (and by the way you can only receive an A or an F) Okay so, If you acknowledge, and receive the free “A” and continue in the order of what the free “A” is and what it means to your studies, growth, advancement in life, and with others… then when school is finished the Professor receives you into the Hall. BUT, if you DO NOT acknowledge, strive for, or care about; If you ignore, or dismiss the free “A” you have made the only other choice, which is; You don’t want / need the “A” and so the ONLY other choice is the “F." I like the way Joshua says it.....”But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.“ ~ Joshua 24:15

I have memorized and prayed these verses in Ephesians, including the beginning verses in chapter 2 for several years now and I believe the word says what it means. We are predestined, period and end of discussion for me. I have placed my faith in this truth. I think we error when we think someone or a book or teaching has a more anointed perspective than the Holy Spirit who has already given us an anointing to seek and know the truth.

Totally nailed it on the purpose. Why does He like us? Because of His purpose for us and for Himself, what He will accomplish in us for Himself. He is love. In Him, we become His counterpart, the lowly simple country girl that was loved by the King of Kings until we become like Him in life and nature inheriting His riches which is Himself, able to match Jesus because we beheld Him and became like Him because of the Spirit He gave us. Now we are able to continue in Him in eternity because we are with our Lord, King, Husband, Father, and Friend, through the Spirit in our spirit. He who is joined to the Lord is one spirit . 2 Corinthians 3:18. Romans 12:2. John 17:23. We will fully inherit this wonderful Elohim in total oneness. Praise Jesus for who He is and what He is doing. Let us all overcome by the supply of the Spirit as we abide in His word, loving Him as He is loving us, as Jesus and the Father make an abode in us, building up His New Jerusalem with us, accomplishing His plan in us.

Brother Farug, God does choose those destined to wrath: RO 9:22-23 What if God, desiring to show his wrath and to make known his power, has endured with much patience vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, 23 in order to make known the riches of his glory for vessels of mercy, which he hhas prepared beforehand for glory-. And: RO 9:13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

Dan Craig please listen carefully to the message again, asking the Holy Spirit to give you understanding. God knows the beginning from the end, therefore HE knows who is going to accept or reject His Word, His Son, His Love. He knows our hearts, and knew Cain would not follow the prescribed method for offering sacrifices; He knew Esau would despise his birthright. Hell was created for Satan and those angels who followed him in rebellion, and it will be for those humans who reject His offer of eternal life through His Son. I’m sure Pastor JD could answer you much better, but I hope this helps in some way? God Bless!!

Revelation 17:8New King James Version (NKJV)8 The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition. And those who dwell on the earth will marvel, whose names are not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, when they see the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.[a

Excellent exposition on the predestination verses! This is so hard for our finite minds trapped in time to grasp but remembering God's mind is infinite, with no time, enables Him to know our choices before we make them. We still have our free will "but God" knows our choice in advance. I say all this if I'm understanding this teaching correctly. Or Paul is speaking to the church as a whole that would be predestined as God had planned from the beginning.

Yes thank you.. because I didn't understand what he meant..
Robbing us from the truth of free will is refusing scriptures and God is evil that way..
Without free will there would be no need for Christ to come and die and rise..
We choose but God knew in advance..end of story.
In the image of God means also Sovereign as God..
Yet we are either choosing salvation or no.

  • @billscott9650

Loved your handling of the doctrine of predestination however I think you overlooked one important thing in verse 5. We are predestined as Christians “ to be conformed to the image of his Son”. Not chosen to be saved but once saved we will become or conformed to his sons image.

This has been on my mind for years, I don't understand, if we are pre destined then didn't God create these people knowing what they will do with their free will ? I'm not sure if I missed something out or that's what you mean by us having finite understanding ?

I'm just wondering how this verse from Revelation fits in to all of this. It kind of makes Ephesians a little easier to understand for me. Revelation 17:8
8 The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out
of the bottomless pit and go to perdition. And those who dwell on the earth
will marvel, whose names are not
written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, when they
see the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.[a

Sorry i'm little confused.

You cant have your cake, and eat it to means if you do eat it, you wont have it. You cant have what no longer exists. its basically the law of non contradiction expressed in cultural prose.
