My contribution to you and your lover ones is information, please check the breathing technique of wim hof and patric mckeown, can be very useful in moments like this. Also the mindfulness can help. Other: alpha sound of the silva method (and their meditation). Other: check the benefits of sauna and ice bath/cold shower and sauna from Rondah Patrick. I will explain a little more what is about the two breathing techniques because both can help with that (and many other things): 1) Wim Hof is a powerful technique that make big impact on your mood and physiology for a short period of time (while you do the technique: 8 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes or more). As far as i know the effects dont keep with you all the day, but maybe i'm outdated. Wim Hof says that the effects will be with you all the day if you do one sesion of breathing (imagine if you do more). 2) Patrick McKeown is just the opposite of the Wim Hof breathing method and you can do this technique all the day (24 hours) almost without effort. While the Wim Hof technique make you body more alcaline the Patrick McKeown breathing technique (from Buteyko) make your body more tolerant to CO2. In my daily life use this technique as follow: A) At least one Wim Hof breathing (8, 12, 15 or 30 minutes of that, all depend of my body, if my body ask for more i do more, if is not i just stop). If i feel the necesity of do more than one wim hof breathing during the day i do it, i follow my body at this point. B) Before and after Wim Hof breathing i do the breath of Patrick McKeown (Buteyko), using exclusively the nouse for breathing (in Wim Hof i use the mouth to breath, you can use your nouse only or both: mouth and nouse, it depends of you and your sensations). Boths techniques are extremely easy to apply, you only need the knowledge (literally, you have the answer to your physiology and mood at the tip of your nouse). As i say before both techniques are opposite in terms of the effect on your body and the mood, while Wim Hof is like to face your biggest fear and give to the surface your more deppest demons (is like run for your life, directly to the fear) the Patrick McKeown is make peace with your demons and understand is all part of you, be in armony with your shadow. Both techniques, at the long and short term, are methods of self knowledge: you will be know deppest part of you but for different ways. I really hope this can be useful for you and your loved ones ♥
