Iv stayed in the British version of a homeless shelter in Doncaster s Yorkshire and the rents really high there the staff eat the donations for the clients in front of them if it's summat they like but it's alright cos it's a charity

the problem is the exaggerated price and the use of the money. 3000 dollars from public money(federal,new york municpal budget),in the 1990s,for a very run down neighbourhood(espeically in 1997,before the gentrification of brooklyn),witout providing any extra services (like real charity organization provide homeless people in their shelter for the same government aid per person) and the manager pockets exaggerated price. privatization is based on the assumption private compay can give better service for less money . here they provide worse service for more money - which indicates 1 of 3 things - corrupt public officials,the mafia or a combination of the 2. the homeless suffer bad service and the public suffer its money being taken for no good reason...
