The way the guests interact with the animals and move around -- I had no idea! Thank you for covering that. The panda climbing structures are so great! I love all the stairs. *_steals_*
Love it, the habitat looks so great with all the climbing structures and platforms and it feels really realistic for a zoo. The building is lovely and I can't wait to see what gets added as you finish the habitat and all the final details. The only animals I can see that would match geographically irl for the highland area besides red pandas would be the Himalayan brown bears, the timber wolves, and the snow leopard, but I know there was concern about cold-climate animals in a tropical zoo so not sure about those. At least the habitat size requirements for them would lend much more realistically to an enclosed climate-controlled space than the polar bears' requirements do.
This looks great! You're right, it does look like a little model, or a shadow-box or something... I love the platforms, and I'm so glad that the pandas actually seem to be using it! Yes, it needs a little bit of detail, but for something you managed to build in a single day.... This is amazing. Absolutely love it. Well done, DeLady! The Tunnel is a verry nice idea. It Looks verry cool! And these climbing area indoor is incredible!! I love it verry much! Great choise for thedown floor, and I like the staff rooms, at the front of the building. Looks verry nice I think.I find it totally difficult to combine such a beautiful but elaborate building with a barrier that it is a big enclosure and the animals cannot escape. I saw you put the null fence barriere in it. I love this whole building and I'm verry exited what you do in the second episode!
Japanese macaque!!......if you say high-lands..and are in a orienral "district".....1+1=2....so i would say the monkeys would fit the theme (ish).....nice build m'lady!....keep it up!

After seeing the mosaics Mike did around his micro house at the beginning I think something like that would look amazing. Another idea for an animal in the highlands area would be the Japanese Macaques hot springs area. Anyway, just wanted to share the ideas your beautiful episode inspired. It's so cool so far. I think it would fit if you have the Giant Panda on the left and right of the building and behind the building is place for Red Pandas - then you force the guests walking through the whole building and not just stand beside the entrance.
i see the episode with a month dilate, but i can t get out of my head the idea of a roof garden on that bildin, a close-open invironment for the red panda, hidden outside from road
Well! Pandas are kinda about half polar bears (the white part) soooo ... You just have to MeggieB your pandas so they have internal airbags so they don't tumble on those underpasses? Or if they still do, won't at least get hurt. You should have renamed that stuck keeper to "Raoul Riverdance" or something!? :D
Jup indeed.. I am already worried for the moment they put it back again.. was so annoying the last time they implemented it.. I really hope it will be some kinda optional thing.. since imo its not even realistic to have these high refunds.. but i can imagine some people like the management part a bit too make franchise mode harder.. but still ugh.. better let it out imo hahaha

I could really see snow leopards in the chocolate fudge mountain. Since they live in the mountains and they would fit in with the asian theme from both the pandas. Would be awesome if anyone does that.
Another highland/mountain animal already in the game is the Himalayan Brown Bear. They are from the mountainous areas northern Afghanistan, northern Pakistan, northern India, west China and Nepal.
Very nice as usual! My zoo got too big and started lagging like crazy. I was trying to have a zoo with every animal. I didn't even start on the African section yet :(.

Actually bamboo can get moldy very quickly. I bought a bamboo cup in Japan, which I put in my suitcase, and by the time I unpacked in The Netherlands, it was all moldy. :(

I just think the whole building is scaled too big (damn Planco/zoo scale..).

Refunds has been temporarily disabled in one of the last updates, as they want to review the system.
