INDEX+MATCH formula is a combination of two Excel functions, meant to find a matching value and return corresponding results. XLOOKUP is in many ways different than INDEX+MATCH formula and can handle different lookup requirements.

Video Nannayittund but oru karyam...ee video il kaanikkunne pole data eppazhum static aakanam ennillalo..athayath column number matram koduthal aa column left ilekko rightilekko onnu maariyal incorrect data aakum result...so better select entire table as range, and give particular column header name instead of just giving column number. Just a suggestion...👍
