Kelowna is very dog friendly, I think Jasper would have a great time :) I recommend staying at Hotel Zed (pet friendly and LGBTQIA+ friendly!), and dining out at Salt & Brick, Antico Pizza, and Sprout. I’m glad you went to Bright Jenny, that’s my fave spot :)

If you ever want another Canadian wine experience with small town feel. Try Wolfville, Nova Scotia.
It’s around the Gaspereau and Grand Pré area. That part of the province has excellent growing conditions like Okanagan Valley, BC & Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON (also a great wine spot).
I love a good wine tour, seeing the vineyards, the history, the scenery, learning about the local community....and of course the wine, it's a definite vibe, glad you guys enjoyed yourselves 👍🏻
Mission Hill winery is fantastic! We really enjoyed it. Happy to hear you mention it. Their restaurant was also amazing.

Really good local eats for tacos is cantina del Centro, and there’s an amazing vintage themed bar called skinny dukes that was around the corner from the craft you guys were at! Some solid locally owned spots for whenever you guys are back in town.

If you go back to Kelowna next summer, I recommend Gray Monk Winery if you didn’t go there this time! They also have a restaurant called The Outlook which has seriously an amazing peach slushie. I right away thought of you and knew I had to try it. It was very peachy.
