having played bazaar decks a decent amount in vintage, if you're hellbent, most of the time it's worth activating bazaar during your upkeep so you get to still draw a card. something to keep in mind (edit: just got to min 27 where you mention this! sick)
At 7:42, I want to point out that, no, Strip Mine doesn't have to be your land for turn! You'd have Rootwalla in play, and Cradle is turned on at that point, so you could have kept the Strip Mine as a secret and had 2 mana still on the next turn.

In r5 g2, goong to cleanup to put rootwalla into play used to be a legitimate strategy for early stompy decks. So nice callback
