So technically a thing under the hammer can't be moved and blocks someone with just the exact strengh (a human had the hammer on him and tony starck was wearing his metal suit. However this is like clothes, just because clothes are like belongi g to the person wearing it, the hammer cab't be lifter with "tools" and, armor or not theses are "wearables". Vision isn't a human in a suit, but a robot. The stone is more powerful than any minded thing including the power of Odin it seems. Vision, he's like an elevator with an infinity stone helping to move. The only willpower comes from the stone then vision can do it.

I love #2, his speech towards Black Widow never gets old.
But they completely neglected Thor TDW: Thor, Loki and Jane escaping on the dark elves' spaceship when Jane falls to the ground unconscious, Loki looks at her and asks deadass: "Oh dear, is she dead?"
Or his sarcastic remarks towards Thor's bad piloting ability ("I think you missed a column there.") and after Thor crashed into a statue: "Congratiolations, you've just decapitated your grandfather."
Loki was so savage in TTDW. Long live Loki of Sassgard!
