Long answer: Gifting. But also the technical production team. This group has been in the business for many years. They have thus mastered the best in equalizing the sound. They have also learned the benefits of filtering systems and compressors that keep sounds balanced. The entire team that you do NOT see are the true talented aspects of the group. The visible choir and singers have great voices. However, if the tech team is inexperienced, the vocalist would NEVER sound as smooth as they do once broadcasted through the sound systems in the various auditoriums. Basic test: if the choir or singer sounds the same in every environment, thank the tech team that is operating behind the scene.
