Many students who applied in R3 didn't get seats in R3 due to seat blocking. These blocked seats when vacated were not given to the other students who also applied for the same college. So as per stray round4 rule, those who got seats in R1,R2, R3 were not eligible to go for stray round. My ward got BDS in R3, but could apply for MBBS in stray round 4. So many students got MBBS seats with very less marks than my ward, in the same college where we have applied in R3. Like in Tagore Medical college even 256, 251 got Medical seats, though I had applied for this college I R3. How is this justified. Is it fair in not allowing R3 students in participating in stray round and giving students with less NEET marks to get MBBS seats in stray round.

Yes, I think it seems unfair to students who still didn't get any seat yet. Because if allotment occurs then their seat would be considered vacant and unfilled. They shouldn't have done this. Even for students who paid an extra deposit also have to face this injustice.
If Reallotment is allowed, those seats will be considered as virtual vacancy and it will also be filled! No seats will be left unfilled! It is the students and parents who did not join the precious allotted seat and make them vacant!

So, a student with higher NEET mark was stuck in BDS college while students with very low NEET scores like 256, 251 got MBBS seats. How is this justified. The present system is highly welcome move. Actually, TN medical selection should allow the medical seats in a particular college by automatic upward movement of students as per the applicants, instead of throwing open those seats to stray round. If this system was followed in R3 itself, there would not have been any seats left for any stray round. There was total unfairness in R4, you have prevented the students who had already applied for MBBS seats in a particular college in R3, but gave away same seats to stray round candidates.
In this round we have to pay additional security deposit what have told in previous round? Or just 30,000 is the security deposit which we have paid already

I think it is unfair to those who paid an extra 5L during stray vacancy. The other students who didn't get any seat is also prejudiced.
NEET score matters in admission sir / madam! Paying 5 lakhs shall not be taken as an advantage over the meritorious students!

Yes they can get upgraded based on their marks! This will not affect the low scoring candidates!
