I’m a Sunni, but I have to admit that Sayed Ammar has made some eye opening points! We should look to the absolute truth in the Quran and anything that contradicts it should be thrown away, whether it be fabricated, unreliable, contradictory hadiths etc... I look forward to the Sunni response but I have to say Sayed Ammar has made valid points throughout this month and some Sunni responses have been weak. I wish everyone would leave their biases aside and just come to the Truth. Sunnis have Sahih hadiths and a lot of it can be taken as authentic. Shias also have their Hadith books which a lot of it may be authentic too. However whatever contradicts the Quran has to be questioned. Also Shias have an amazing book Nahjul Balaga and as a Sunni I’m very interested to read that book after coming across beautiful things in the book on TH-cam. I just wish we can all come together and unite and learn from each other especially if it’s the Truth! Also I advise everyone that The Quran is complete guidance for us and the Truth, if we stick to it then we will surely be guided!
I agree with what you've said. About "coming together", it will likely only happen when all Sunni's realize that a lot of the faith we've been fed since birth is the invention of a coloniser and strayed quite far from the principles of Islam put forward by the Prophet (saw). The main point being that Islam wasn't meant to be spread at the point of the sword and by doing so, we created a number of principles that were later upheld using Ulema but only served to exalt the colonisers. We didn't need a khilafat (rulership) after the Prophet (saw), we needed religious leadership that would not normalise the concept of dynasties and ruling elite, which began abundantly after the establishment of the khilafat. To sum up, we'll unite with our Shia brethren only after we realize that what we've been brought up to practice is not the Prophet's and Allah's Islam, but a distortion meant to exalt userpers.
@@tajdarinteresting. I hold a similar opinion based on the very limited knowledge I have about the history of Islam plus things that I believe from my own common sense when it comes to differences in opinion between the two schools of thought, and sometimes even within the same school of thought. We are here to seek the truth, through pure academic discussion between these different schools of thought. We don't want to serve anyone's self interest, be it a khalifa or a great sahaba. We can't achieve our goals being biased.
Soon my dear brother you will reach certainty that the grandsons of the prophet continued to protect the meaning of the Qur'an, and together you will get an unbelievably in-depth understanding of Islam
If there was just one lecture from this ramadan series that the bakris can't deny at all, it's definitely this one they mock us for claiming our Prophet was infallible - at the same time calling him delirious, bewitched, sick etc.
All this lecture about is to protect the 12 gods of shiasim, u can’t read the Quran without seeing how the prophets committed unintentional mistakes and sins, the first and clear example is Adam where he was told explicitly not to approach a certain tree and he disobeyed by the temptation of Satan but un like us the prophets are corrected and forgiven right away by revelation and to be a examples and lessons because Allah chose human prophets. Shiasim is idolatry grave worship prostitution and fabrication . It’s disgusting cult I’m sorry to say
The reasons that were mentioned by Dr. Ammar are the reasons why I chose to be a follower of Ahlul Bayt. I do not agree with that false Sunni biography of our beloved Prophet (saaws), full of contradictions and incongruences.
Bro. I came accross this video th-cam.com/video/ZXc-9xL3DNs/w-d-xo.htmlsi=BWBW2MC2ka-ftpOC from one of our Sunni brothers, Farid. What is your opinion about the points he is making in this video?
If Sayed Ammar allows me, after Ramadan, I would love to work on a video about all of this information. It may take a while, but I hope I can do it justice, Inshallah. God protect you 🤲
Born and raised Shia. In high school (USA), our class watched a documentary going through these exact events (when the Prophet received revelation for the first time) and I was so confused and embarrassed. A suicidal prophet?! None of it made sense lol
This is why western society calls our prophet a P___ , insane person etc. It's because of Aishas fake hadiths claiming he slept with her at the age of 9 when she was actually around 18, and that he was bewitched etc.
This reminds me of my atheist grandfather who, when i converted to Islam, told me that the Prophet (sawa) was suffering of epilepsy and the people at that time took his epileptic seizures as revelation.
It was nice to see the absurd view of the Ahl al Sunnah, however it would've been better if we could get to see sources on our own Shia opinion regarding how the revelation came about
Kitab al kafi by sheikh Kulayni he lived 864-942 and got a lot of teaching from the deputies of the last Imam while he was in minor occultation, likes of, Abu jafar Muhammad, Abu Al-Qasim al-hussain ibn ruh, Abu Al-Husan Ali ibn Muhammad. Hope this helps.
I am a Muslim, I have always removed myself from the politics of Islam. The Prophet is a human being. He can be scared and such, to prop him up into some sort of a perfect being would be unrealistic and would not make any sense at all. He could have been confused and scared, as any any HUMAN would be. He was dealing with a higher power here. Allah.
Why would the messenger of god, fear god? If you are correct prophet Mohammad does not believe allah is the most merciful and most gracious. Despite prophet Mohammad telling other people he is. Prophet Mohammad is therefore spreading information he doesn’t believe in. Therefore, according to you, prophet Mohammad is a hypocrite.
2024 year of truth

Which English translation of the Quran is Dr. Syed Ammar using?
Would sayid ammar (or anyone else) recommend me an early shia seerah book?

@@syedraza7861 is that the earliest? And is it a seerah book? Doesn’t seem like a seerah book
Don’t know about a book but the series from sayid baqir Al qazwini on thaqlain channel is phenomenal.
Ummayad Blasmathous texts do not come to them" and do not listen to them" and their mushrik creeds"
Sunnis would be losing their heads watching the Sayyed's videos.
They won't... Because they don't listen they have their heads in the sand
Good lecture but he put the book on top of the Quran which is not good.
