This is very true. Been on the semen retention path for a while now (4 years). Started with curing PIED but then inevitably led to spiritual enlightenment. It started to make sense that everything that happened to me (good & bad) led me to the truth. A very keen awareness really is key.
One of the things I've noticed on SR is my mind is super fast to process an answer to a question presented to me , almost before the question is completed , I have to cool my jets , it can be off putting to others. I rarely use dis fluencys , um's , ah's , and uh's , you knows , on retention my mind is like a bear trap , and I'm not usually at a loss for the right word , I don't mince words , I've always been a wordsmith, but on retention it's on steroids. Not blowing my horn here , just sharing what I've noticed. I've noticed this in the OP sharing this video , he hasn't skipped a beat. Subscribed.
This is great advice. I would also add that a great point is the level of full kundalini where the crown chakra is opened which is synonymous with realization of one consciousness. Many spiritual beliefs call this “enlightenment”Once you get here be very careful how you proceed with this power. It is meant to be balanced and loved without manipulating the energy of others. ✌️💚
Thank you brother 🙏🏽 I know it's possible but it seems so incredible tough to get there. I feel like I've experienced heavy trauma as a child and I just won't face the core.. So I'm going back and forth the whole time.
Your videos are absolute gold Seb, always so relatable to me especially this topic. Ever since having the mystical experiences myself, it has taught me that true fulfillment and happiness always comes from within.
I had a spiritual awakening by watching actualized tbh. I became ultra aware of my judgements and projections. I didnt care about spirituality I was kinda just more into psychology and consciousness. wasnt expecting or going enlightenment but one day after just not judging something just broke and I was "awake" for a good month. Just fully accepted my imperfections and vulnerabilities. I had no interest in Jesus for 28 years but during that time I realized how true everything Jesus taught was.
Righteous enough . There r several methods mentioned by several conscioussnesses Some are :- Videha->turya -> enlightenement(highly efficient) Or Strong doggedness->it will occur spontaneously Or Choiceless awareness-> and it will hit Or Nirvikalp samadhi Or Raj yoga vivekananda Or dhyan sutra osho(best one) Or Yoga sutra by patanjali E E E
Seb, your comments are more in line with psychedelics than they are with enlightenment. To want anything badly is addictive behavior and whether naturally or artificially indued is not what the sages had in mind. My intuition says that you are not ready to hear what my intuition says,. Fun to listen to you however and best on the path!
What if I want to see like a bird? And when I say that it isn't a figure of speech at all, I LITERALLY mean that in the sense of growing a 4th color receptor and ACTUALLY multiplying my color vision by 10. Is that possible?
It's kind of a misunderstanding of what enlightenment really is. "Wanting it badly" implies that you are not enlightened but are striving for it. You cannot become what you already are. It's just switching a perspective and not a fight against something
If you want enlightenment, you must pursue it. Nothing happens until you do. You will stay asleep if you don't pursue it rigorously. Don't fall into the trap of "you are already it". This will not awaken you.
@@sebjones1 Being always comes first. Enlightenment is the realization of being always divine in origin and God Himself. The embodiment of God involves many facets, including doing. Willpower is an act out of duality that bears fruit of lack, while the Absolute is timeless and spaceless.
@lewispiritual. You can also reinterpret the word "work" in such a way that you are increasingly successful in bringing body, mind and soul into unity and your ego is merging with your true self. A full aspect of the awakened is that being occupies ever greater space than fleshly engagement with the body. That doesn't mean that he gives them up, but integrates them into being (and not the other way around). Because the awakened one knows: spirit is above matter. Everything is spirit. He is committed to the leaf in the wind because he knows that he need not fear death. The fastest way is to accept and embody its attributes without resistance. Act before thought and your faith will change. However, the awakened one also recognizes that everything is one. He sees through that the unawakened is not really "the unawakened" and sees that it is merely a mask held up by a survival mechanism. So my answer is yes and no :) Often times what to expect from enlightenment comes down to pure imagination and understanding.
Have you read Jed Mckenna or Peter Brown? The difference between mystical experiences and enlightenment is the whole chapter in The Damnedest. I believe it's the single one best book about enlightenment, other than UG Krishnamurti's shit.
Wow. I am glad the universe brought you to me through this platform

You're fucking inspiring man!
Do you have any recommended reading on this subject Seb?

Like anything in life....how bad do you want it?
