Travis is such a genuine dude. Had the slowest pit stop that we saw, but he wasn't an ass about it. Thumbs up, a little jig... he knew they were trying. Such a solid dude, and that has stayed true in the 19 years since.

Well it is not a coincidence that he is 7 time AMA supercross champion 2 time world supercross champion 1 time AMA Motocross champion, many of Supercross wins worldwide X Games medals on Step Up, Supermoto and Moto X Racing. McGrath is one of the best dirt bike rider ever and people who witness him during his prime days are very lucky. Long Live The King.
Do you have any more of these races? I've heard there was a race in 2004 (never seen footage of it except some weird promo), then they ran it until like ¿2009? plus there was also a really really cool supercross layout in the LA Coliseum for like X-Games 14 or 15 IIRC
Unfortunately for the moment i don´t have any Supermoto races from X Games, but I´m looking for them. Yes the first Supermoto was on 2004 and the last was on 2009. The best Supermoto tracks ever with the best riders worldwide. The Supercross you mention was on 2010 and I´m looking for this contest also. Josh Grant vs Josh Hansen with big supercross jumps, what a race. I´m going to upload some freestyle contests next days and if i manage to find the races you mention I will upload them.

This is from X Games 2005. The supermoto GP is not even close to the events of X Games back then. Maybe Europe now has better Supermoto races, but you can't compare them with X Games. For the European riders, you asked if you watch the video you will see them. Always were European riders on X Games Supermoto, but only 1 have won on X Games, and that was Ivan Lazzarini on the last Supermoto race on X Games back in 2009.

If you’re interested in the discipline, it’s actually very popular in Europe. They have a yearly series Super Moto GP.
