My dzire had the same touch problem which started 1 month ago. I contacted the service center & they inspected the car for a day, trying to repair the unit & finally declared that the unit is irreparable & the new one costs 80k, which would be fully changed by the company in warranty.

I had same issue where in touch screen stopped responding but buttons were working. My car has 5 days warranty left and I visit maruti service centre- company replace infot system with zero cost. Do visit best service centre in your area they will take. I stay in Navi Mumbai. And I usually visit sai service
