- Hey hey (or is it ho ho ho?) my peeps! In my last community poll a majority of you wanted to see a little day in my life in Edinburgh video, and so today I am delivering the GOODS!

everything is so gorge around Edinburgh! and the vintage stores- so dreamy, I truly admire your self-control around those adorable jumpers (I would have left with several for sure)! Xx

@@Kakibot the colors in the sky and the light reflecting off the wet surfaces was beautiful...some of the small details that make Edinburg such a wonderful city to observe. But your color grading and shot composition make it that much more wonderful to see. It's good to see the city the way the both of you see it.

And the Pear Tree Courtyard: AMAZING! I’m definitely going to check it out in February when all visit for my seventh time😍 but this time I’ll not be going alone as usual, I’ll bring my mom and sister yayyy!💕 so they will finally see the beauty of this magical city with their own eyes and not just trough my infinite amount of pictures 🤗 will be our Christmas present for our mom :) and thanks to your videos I discovered so many wonderful and less touristy but so magical places!!

Hello, and happy holidays. When my wife and I watched this episode the day it was posted, my heart skipped a beat when you paused for a second to mail a couple of Etsy orders. I had ordered a couple of pins from your store for my wife for Christmas, and the day after this video went live, I got an email that my order had been sent (to New Hampshire, USA). Long story short, whether it was one of the packages in the video or not (it looked like the same color and size as the purplish one put in the mail slot), the order arrived today. Even if it is not the one in the vid, thank you very much. I am looking forward to my wife opening them next week. We love your videos, and maybe we'll see you when we visit Scotland next year. The Pear Tree courtyard - utterly charming. Wish I'd known about it when I last visited Edinburgh. Wonder if the pub itself is equally gorgeous? Lovely vlog (no need to overthink it, really).

I would loooove a video specifically about geeky/nerdy activities in Edinburgh for fantasy, games and anime lovers. I’ve found some great tips on that front sprinkled throughout your videos but would be curious if you know any hidden gems! Much love from the Netherlands
Helloooo! Hmmm I think Ancient Robot games down in Leith are a nice place to pop into if in the area or perhaps even Red Dice games further towards Ocean Terminal... In the city centre I like the little bookshop on Candlemaker row which specialises in fantasy/scifi and also sells lot of fantasy/scifi art books - always a treat to pop in! Never shot in there because I am a bit intimidated by the owner 😅
is it good to visit in end of December how is the weather
I love visiting these artisan coffee shops, but some of them can havea too cool for school vibe at times to be honest, especially in London. And it can definitely be a sign of gentrification in certain neighbourhoods. I never used to go to any of those sorts of places but the coffee is so much better than Costa or Starbucks!
I totally know what you mean: I would however say that in Scotland this attitude is almost nonexistent! I can think of ONE coffee shop where I just feel absolutely not cool enough to go 😅 and even then, when I do, the staff attitude is super friendly!
The prices are another story, and I can imagine in certain neighbourhoods it can be a shock to the system to see the price board! But I just keep reminding myself that at this point, absolutely everything in Edinburgh is expensive 😭
