@@jefflegrande4078 - It’s a great sport due to the longevity aspect of it. Started training with weights after a work related injury Nov 2020 after pinch gripping a 100+lb sink and straining my pronator during the Summer. It was still hurting months later and I found Coach Ray’s channel. Saved my life. Started table time May 20th 2022 after calling out a bunch of guys on Armbet and easily handled the 19th overall ranked guy in my state. After that I got cocky and challenged the 8th ranked guy, but lost 2-0 in June. I invested in my home gym, bought a table, trained daily for two months, and beat the 8th ranked guy several matches in a row, beat the number 1 ranked guy in the 176-198lb class, then lost to the number two ranked guy. Now I’m taking time to refine my exercise routines and advance my technique with a lot of table time with technical guys that are weaker than I am two days per week and the top guy in the state once every two weeks. I even pulled Devon Larrat in the process. I’m 47 years old and quit boxing and MMA years ago, so powerlifting and armwrestling is perfect.
Good stuff I like to be able to stop your hand by pressing the fingers down into the meat of the back of there hand to stop any of there movements an I do drive threw the thumb
