We had the opportunity to attend the launch of the Ramadan buffet at Bertam Resort, Penang, themed "Sajian Warisan Ala Istana." This sumptuous buffet offers a wide array of dishes to celebrate the Holy Month of Ramadan. These special dishes are crafted by their Director of Culinary, Chef Mohd Khairusshahri Bin Ghazali, and his talented team.
