How to Fix EA SPORTS FC 24 Not Saving On PC Error Unable to Save Personal Settings 1 Retry, Cancel or Continue Without Saving
Step 1) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program/Windows Security & Firewall
Step 2) Delete Settings folder in Documents, if not resolved delete the FC 24, this will result in loss of game progress
Step 3) Close OneDrive/Google drive
Step 4) Make sure Windows Username does not have any special character
Step 5) Verify the game files

Guys what worked for me was going into where ea fc 24 was installed, selected the ea fc folder and went into properties and then security. Then i altered the folders permissions to be able to write. I didnt find this solution anywhere else. I found it by messing around the files.
Edit: i also installed it on another computer which did create the documens files and just copied it into my pc, allowing you to use the continue without saving option

For anyone still going through this problem go the file of the game and right click it then press compatibility troubleshoot and run as administrator then you’ll be able to play

Guys try unplug your keyboard when u start the game up and only have your controller plugged.
For some reason the game detects your keyboard a controller.
This used to work for me on fifa 23

Listen Up i have found the solution. This is happening because you dont have the Fc 24 folder in documents. The way i got it i got my friend to send me the document from email and i installed it and moved it to Document section. and it worked
