Salvage Tails and Mario.PNG are reskins of their respective characters (Salvage Sonic and Withered Toy Mario) Mario.PNG is unlocked by beating 12/30 mode and I have no idea how Tails is unlocked. Withered Luiginette is also a reskin of Boo
