Past trauma in the body can make us behave contrary to what we want. EMDR or vagus nerve therapies can help. Going for a walk was an excellent suggestion.

Good Morning! Sagittarius ♐️ ☀️ 👋. Definitely going through a blockage with my facebook deal group. One of my TikTok promoting my deals and driving traffic back to my fb group Went viral 4/22/23. My life completely changed that day. It’s really been a blessing. Fast-forward to the end of November 2024 and nothing but obstacles with my Facebook group. Getting hit with spam violations and content getting removed leading to my group status being at risk of being disabled. I grew it from 0 to 1000 members and so excited then went viral and I have 51,2k members and barely 200 of them see my content now and my sales horrible.
I need to figure out how to get out of this fear state of what even caused this I know I was burnt out. I’ve never took a day off. Group was always on my mind.
I will take your advice on going for a walk and journaling even though I hate writing ✍️ I need to get back on track.
