Was seeing 90% double grass. So decided to give this a go. Straight into an 0-5 (-70) 😢 Lost 4 leads and the counter swap, the last game had kept their maw itb vanished my abom. Back to the drawing board.

So much double grass...took me a while to change out from double water...but then I noticed a lot of double weak to electric so I started using dedenne and lanturn XD
@@HumancatcherBug change to ninetales, mine has psyshock and powder snow, let the ninetales die and the Lanturn is so low than Walrein can farm energy.
Doing good. Just got home from London after playing at EUIC (got top 16 in one of the most competitive tournaments ever). Planning on doing some OGL tomorrow and gain some Elo. Currently at 3000 exactly
@@HumancatcherBug damn! Congrats man! Is there any way to watch your battles, any channel covering your games? I had a successful run this week. Went from 2200 till 2700 in evolution cup only. (Never got higher than 2500 ish)

Big fan of double ice in this meta, I was using walrein which made it tricky being double weak to grass
I might try Walrein. It is just so bad against Ferrothorn

I almost have the same team but mine is Pelipper, Ninetales shadow and Walrein. Walrein is if the Mawile still alive after my Pelipper.
I was considering Walrein too. It just doesn't work with Lanturn lead because of Ferrothorn. What do you do against Lanturn?

I dont have an Abomasnow but I'm using a pelipper to "counter" to beat the grasses somehow
It is tough to find good grass counters in this meta, so using Pelipper as a soft counter makes sense
