I guess I'm confused. If they want to introduce a mechanic that takes less time, scores more points so people can do more in events, especially the F2P group, why not reduce the points in events and slightly boost the rewards? And how much time do we actually save if we have to wipe a whole base as opposed to only a few buildings? 100 battles that take 3 minutes isn't much different than 300 battles that take a minute or less, as far as time conservation goes. Just seems like an un-needed mechanic to make people feel excited about something that will most likely not make a difference or not work as intended. Or maybe it's meant to draw attention away from all the negative things going on in Space Ape's parent company. And who knows how many bugs this will add to an already bug saturated game. These are definitely things that gives me pause for concern.
I think this is what we needed, especially in the events like 3,500.000. Or even a single player event. This would give players enough points and let very little alliances to get more things from events. I hope this mode gonna be used mostly in every event.
I like it. Less time in game. Also f2p only gets 50 fc so only 3 battles.
Like this new Feature, makes weekends a little easier to grind

I normally do a solo event in just over a day anyway, so won't really save me time other than actually spent doing battles... will still be drop bot, drop ruination, zone 15 complete
And that's without buying fuel cells
Outpost poppers are going to be in demand for this new mode. Might as well pop everything so you can eliminate them with your combiner and then finish the base.
Just take any warrior and roll over all outpost

I like the idea behind it, however I think 10 FC vs 15 FC would have been better. Will see how it pans out.
I think it will be great but we need the points to be worth it. If I'm only getting a couple more points in 5 battles as I'm getting in 15 and it takes just as much time this is DOA. Ionnis said they wanna take an endurance from about 400 battles to 100 so we can with that in mind we would expect the final numbers to be about 875 pts/mayhem battle, or about 3.75x the current Z15 average of 233pts, this would have the same effect as just increasing battle points on average by 58/standard battle.
I like it, worth trying this for a few weeks in wars as well.
They’re taking the Clash of Clans approach. As part of the core gameplay, destroying the Town Hall (HQ equivalent) guarantees you a win, but it doesn’t end the battle, and the game expects and rewards you for destroying everything in a player’s base. This is a great change.
My family would very much like me playing a bit less. This could be the answer for events

This sounds great. Really intrigued with this. I competed and have the new bots from this weekend and I didn’t want them but I knew I was putting up the points. Someone in my alliance laughed when I told them I was just maxing out all my dinobots as I just was done with the grind and wanted to have fun with them. I am on the fence on going to a low end alliance and just offering help. The wars are boring now it’s always going to be rinse and repeat sadly. Thank you again for the insight and content Wozza!

Doing 1,500 battles for a weekend leaderboard or five star event does get a little monotonous lol

This doesn’t sound like faster, this sounds like longer and more difficult…..

Rampage, Coelagon, Barricade, Headstrong...yeah, they can solo and clean out an entire base. This ought to be fun...

@@shroud1390 It's definitely not working out the way the developers thought it would. It has potential when used as an option to the regular battle system.
it'll be about half the price for a 5* endurance bot but more than double the amount of people will be spending fs
Looks good, too scared to use it the upcoming endurance due to timeouts, but every event after this I would.
This can be good because some events can be a little tiresome

This mode sucks, adjust the fuel cells required. Only able to use 5 teams. Gonna kill power leveling
Make add time on mayhem mode from 3 minute 30 second to 4 minute

I hate this mode. Not seeing more points at all. Just losing on bases kills it. Using whole squads kills it. Its not easier. I can’t play when I want. Power levelling is not as good. Battles take too long now. I literally want to play and can’t. Its stupid to destroy a whole base when the hq has always been the end.
Losing is a much bigger deal. Just not seeing any time savings or the increased results that are mentioned in the vid.
Often one bot destroys 25k bases and now it takes 4-5 bots and the xp is split.
Game used to be fun. Working harder and getting less because they want to sell fuel is not nice.
