Dana and Joslyn caught up with Avan Jogia & Leon Thomas at Victoria Justice's 18th Birthday Party to talk about turning 18, what "Hollywood Chic" means to them, who Victoria Justice really is, wishes for her on her 18th birthday, what's happening with 'Victorious', plans during hiatus and party dance moves.

Avan does seem kinda high in this interview but he's always kinda awkward in interviews, and i think his hair is cute : )

Am I the only one who thinks Avan looks...completely fine here? He doesn't look drunk at all. Or high. He just gets really uncomfortable during interviews sometimes. There are other videos of him out there being interviewed and he's acting the same way. I think he was perfectly straight here, but hey, maybe that's just me.

@machocamach016 not true. A high is excitement and getting hyper from weed, and your speech is usually louder and all over the place. getting stoned is when you're calm and laid back and you usually slur your words. It's just different effects.

People... Avan, Leon, and the 2 girls are like surrounding them. Avan and Leon are wearing leather and it looks pretty darn warm in there, of course everyone should be sweating. There is dancing. I am pretty sure you are going to want to just not focus anymore if you are tired.
