30:00 worst thing that can befall someone is being successful then you don’t realize your dependence on your unconscious

Loved this episode. Interestingly during the dream analysis, every time "Wooden" was said, I kept hearing "Wouldn't"

I like your comment. Your unconscious was chiming in with another insight. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Love you guys so far. Just found you! I think the comment on dramatic clothing compensating for something is reductive. Seems maybe like an overly socialized view of creativity and individual aesthetic preferences. I agree some do things for shock value but i dont feel this should lead you immediately to the assumption that the majority are reactionary attention seekers.
Clothing styles change with every generation. Aesthetic trends are set by people with high visuospatial intelligence because they enjoy creating things. Being eyeballed in public may be a consequence of it but there was no thought of this consequence occupying their mind while they were creating. If it does create a new trend then all will follow and they will not deal with any judgement about their motives. If it only catches on in a subculture then yes people involved in that group will learn to live with people judging, sometimes that cultivates some brashness in the members of this group that has now been tribalized by the less imaginative masses.

I agree. Not everyone dresses for everybody else. Sometimes we dress for ourselves.. regardless of what others will think.

Abraham casting out the idols. In this case, packing it away in a case.

This one brings up a question for me. Is there a differentiation with Jungian analysis between neurotypicals and neurodivergents? Have you three ever talked about Jungian analysis regarding people on the autism spectrum yet? I would be very interested to hear anything since the autistic folks seem to have a different way of thinking sometimes. Does this social masking information also include them?
